Framed antique Botanical Plate by Jane Loudon (19th c.)
Plate # 37 from Jane Loudon’s “The Ladies Flower Garden” series (c. mid 1800’s). Beautiful hand-colored lithograph, preserved in a vintage silver-plated frame with easel stand + circle hook for hanging. This piece was mounted to board at some point, which is unfortunate- however, it has likely helped to keep it in such good condition. Photo frame, with velvet backing, enabling easy removal for desired display or reframing.
